Worth digging for

Dig Inn is one of my favorite spots to go to for lunch during the work week. With various locations around the city, it’s a great option for a fast, delicious, convenient and easy lunch. While still serving meat and dairy products, Dig Inn is extremely vegan-friendly as well. Tofu is always an option for protein, as well as vegan kale caesar salad, flavored cauliflower depending on the season, sweet potatoes, broccoli, quinoa, and more!

One of the best parts about Dig Inn is their sauces, which are all vegan! My personal favorites are the pesto and garlic aioli (made with soy.) With bowls being around $10, it’s worth every penny and certainly will fill you up more than a typical salad or bowl you may get elsewhere.

Three locations in Boston:

557 Boylston Street (Back Bay)

277 Washington Street (Downtown Crossing)

800 Boylston Street (Prudential Center)
